Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions are an excellent opportunity to earn equipment, weapons and more. However, they can be difficult to do.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot lets you to carry pistols on the course of. Some players employ it to help attain certain goals, particularly those who want to achieve Suit Only. Some players use the extra pistol to close a gap. When using this slot, you need to remember that you will need to click the appropriate pistol category button, for instance the alternative slot 2 for machine guns, to select the category of your choice. The smuggle slot is able to hold an array of objects, ranging from simple concussion devices to weapons-grade explosives. These items are secretly stored in inconspicuous places around the map and are able to be retrieved at any time. Smuggled items differ from Agency Pickups or Hidden Stashes which hide only small objects in scenery and objects.

Mission planning is an option in the form of episodic missions. It lets players discover different starting points as well as smuggled items and gear fruit slots before they enter the map. As players advance through challenges and unlock new Mission Mastery levels, these planning options increase. This lets players prepare the ideal mission for every challenge.

Gear Slot

In the beginning of the game, players will notice that their gear slots quickly get full, resulting in the dreaded "Your Gear Slots are Full" message, which blocks Max from selecting new equipment until old items are removed or space is found. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the solution to this issue. They offer more inventory space for completing challenges missions. Since many of these challenges are missed and are scattered around the globe, it could take some time to obtain the most inventory slots available in the game.

The five Gear Slots of a player can be filled with up to five different gear types, which must be selected from the Gear Selection menu before a break-in begins. Each gear item (except the Pistol) will take up one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades that are of the same type) only has one Gear Slot.

Agents can pick up the passengers.

As you progress in Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations let you keep items that aren't suitable in your weapon or gear slot and get them back later.

These pick-ups can be useful when your task requires you to go through a frisk, or if you have a weapon on you that could raise suspicion. You can only conceal one item at a pickup location.

This DLC includes new contracts for security and asset protection to the agency. Talk to the receptionist at the agency and purchase snacks and armor. Once you've reached the marker be sure to identify a group upon arrival.
