Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuums and mops can be customized with an application that allows you to save the maps of your home setting cleaning schedules, and choose mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and fine-tune how much water and the scrubbing action of your mop.

A mapping function can help your robot hoover navigate around rooms. A feature to avoid obstacles will stop it from running into furniture, wires or other toys. These features are vital in my home, which is full of toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, comes packed with features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and can even lift its brushes or mop pads to ensure that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It also can avoid obstacles by spotting pet toys, plants, and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum's maximum suction power is 6 000 pascals. This is the highest power of any other robot vacuum we've examined so far. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation to track its position, which helps prevent it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can apply constant pressure to the pad at over 6 Newtons to give a thorough clean. It also comes with a mop lifter system which lifts the pad automatically when it transitions between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, to prevent soaking soft surfaces.

Additionally, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying features. The pad can be washed and heat-dried within the dock, and the dust bin is automatically empty and returned to it. This means you can just set it and forget it, only needing to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank occasionally.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its normal mop and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This is within the range of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids I've test.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only drawback is that it's pricey. But its abundance of features makes it a very appealing option for anyone who wants to go away from their old stick vacuums and mop. If you are able to justify the cost, we highly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its impressive features, which include the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mops. It has an app-enabled smart controller and powerful obstacle-avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop combos available at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my testing it performed very well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all floors and managing to lift hair that is long without tangling. The mops also performed admirably with excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

The docking station is the main selling point of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The docking station empties the trash bin into a bag to collect dirt, fills up the tank with water to use to mop and also dry your mop pads. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its smart controls let you schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer the best performance in removing carpet debris compared to the other hybrid vacuum mop I tested. The mops in the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's many high-end features, it still requires regular maintenance and care. To prevent the growth of mildew or unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water, and tanks need to be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly. The mop pads sold separately also need to be changed periodically.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. If you're looking to save money I would suggest a less basic model that lets you to save money and still enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even even if the L10S Ultra was the best robot mop and vacuum you could buy however, its price and ongoing maintenance would make it more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robotic mop and vacuum that can clean up dust and dirt on your hard floors while taking care of wet messes then you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This high-powered mop and robot vacuum combo comes with an impressive suction power of 8,000 Pa and a huge battery capacity to power both vacuuming and mowing, and top-notch obstacle-avoiding. It has a roller-mop that cleans itself, making it stand out among other models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is different from the spinning discs and good robot Vacuum microfibre pads of other robots. The roller is almost the entire length of the robot vacuum cleaners reviews and it gets a constant supply of clean, ozonated filtered water from the dock. While it spins the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes or swept away into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then discharges the mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements before being is poured into a larger storage bin. The onboard tank holds a decent amount of water, and can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before going dry.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use right out of the box as do most robotic vacuums/mops. It must be filled with clean water, but this is simple to do within the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock, if you prefer to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you choose this feature, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands allowing you to use your choice of cleaners.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, just like the majority of robots. It was quick to map the area and moved around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with thick piles several times during my tests. However it could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides a lot of functionality at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry level vacuum and mop but it does have some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks, as well as washing and sanitizing mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system is able to clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is ideal for removing pet hair and other debris from carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite dense, with a wide variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start the full map and then take care to clean everything that is that is mapped by the device or you can pick specific rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine you've created. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mops to map the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo was a great performer in our tests, like all the Roborock models we've tested. Its navigation system is robust, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a neat way. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well too, but it's not as sophisticated as color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot hazards such as thick carpets however it won't always be able to detect smaller items like rug tassels, or electrical wires.

The most obvious flaw with this model is the absence of a mop after vacuum option that could be an issue for those who do a lot of vacuuming prior to cleaning with their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of each vacuuming session. You can use the vacuum's mopping functions to remove the dust and dirt that are left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice feature and can help the robot make its clean better than its cheaper rivals.
