Although it's not the tiniest double stroller for twins stroller, it has enough features that are worth considering. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with ease, unlike many other lightweight strollers that drift off course when trying to accomplish the similar thing. The Cloud's low handle is a problem, however; it's nearly at knee height and not adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push with your legs dangling in the air and it's not helping that it's not cushioned.

The Cloud has two tray for parents and children with two cup holders, but they're too narrow to accommodate larger cups or bottles.

It's packed with exquisite details that make it ideal for travel. It folds easily and is very mobile. It is easily able to fit in the overhead compartments and the trunks of planes.

Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold, ultralight double stroller. It is similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key distinctions. It's a little more expensive but offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It has a convenient strap for carrying and can hold children weighing up to 44 pounds per seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+

If you're looking for a stroller that is light in weight but also packed with features you'll find it in the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It is not only incredibly lightweight at just 13 lbs but also has a lot of storage options, including child and parent cupholders and a sippy-cup bag for the child and a parent's storage pouch and more. It can also be used with the car seat of a child and features a brake that is flip-flop friendly. This stroller is designed to expand along with your child. It can be transformed from a baby to an adult stroller by attaching car seat adapters (sold separate) and it's suitable for children ages 6 months and up.

The stroller is swivel-wheel only and no locking capability and therefore may not be the best option for rocky or steep terrain. It is able to maneuver well on paved sidewalks and other smooth surfaces, so it's still an excellent option for most families.
