The Q Revo is a great choice if you're seeking a robot vacuum and mop that is mid-range. It's got a fantastic mopping capabilities, but is lacking some of the advanced features of its more expensive sibling.

In the course of testing, it was able to take on dry oats and dust on carpets with medium piles as well as pet hair on hard flooring. But, unlike cheaper models, it doesn't use LIDAR to help you map your home.

1. iRobot Roomba S9+

This robot vacuum is effective on both floors that are bare and carpet with a low pile. It sucks up large items and does not lose suction as fast as some others do, and it can even remove pet hair with ease. It has a difficult time with carpets that are high-pile or plush however iRobot promises that the next models will be more efficient.

The S9+ is a new design from iRobot that concentrates on improving the edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted D-shaped design, which will allow it to fit into walls and furniture. It's a nice improvement over the hockey puck-like design of robovacs, but we discovered it to be only marginally better than circular models.

When it comes to robots that combine mopping and vacuuming and mopping, the Roborock Q revo stands out. Its vac settings are as effective as those on higher-end models and its mopping feature is better still--its spinning pads do a much more impressive job of cleaning your floors than a stationary vibration pad.

The only downside is that it doesn't have a second rubber brush for more thorough cleaning, but it's an affordable cost to pay for if you want to get one of the best cheap robot vacuum mop robots available. The dust tank on the robo-vac is larger than many of its competitors, and filling it takes just two or three times, even when you've got a lot of dirt.

In terms of the mopping system, I was impressed by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two lowest mopping settings that are less powerful than the high-powered settings, produce low noise, which means you can work or watch television without being distracted. It will gently bump into a wall or furniture and then move away if it comes across one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it runs almost completely on its own, with no user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac has multiple functions and automatically transfers garbage into a bin hidden. It also cleans and dries the clean water tank. The app will only notify you when something is wrong like low water levels or a vacuuming session that is cancelled due to an empty bin.

You can also create and merge actual rooms to alter how the Q Revo treats your abode. This feature is beneficial if you have different flooring in different areas of your house or in the event that you have to regularly clear out clutter such as clothes, toys, and books. The robot vacuum is also efficient and was among the top performers during my tests, removing debris from both carpets and hardwoods in its first run. It can also vacuum up wet spills, though I recommend drying them using a clean cloth before bringing the robot in.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum that has all the features you could need. It comes with the ability to rotate mops and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It's akin to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also has a self-cleaning base station that automatically empty and cleans the mop pads, keeping them free of germs and ready to use again. It also comes with a sensor that can detect obstacles better and prevents it from falling on furniture or other objects.

The biggest improvement over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this version is sleeker and more modern design due to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best robot mop and vacuum combo known for its Bang & Olufsen products). While still quite massive--it's nearly two feet tall and deep and weighs nearly four pounds--the robot itself and its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.

This version is more efficient than the X1 since it charges faster and can clean 1,500 square feet in a single charge. And it has a larger, more durable dustbin to hold more debris and is easier to empty when needed.

Lastly, the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app and voice assistant that operates offline, which means you can control it even when you're not home. It also has an intelligent routing feature that lets it clean specific areas or rooms of your home instead of following a set path.

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop that comes with a variety of features that you aren't likely to find on robots of this price range. It is able to build detailed floor maps, identify various flooring types and is one of the few robots that automatically wash and dry its mop pads. Although these features are great however, they also make the L10s Ultra more in the category of luxury, which might make it a little more expensive than what some homeowners require.

Designed to resemble a modern floor cleaner The L10s Ultra is a tall and slim device with an elegant white finish enhanced by mirror-plated silver elements. The front of the machine is adorned with an impressive bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner as you move around your home.
