Mums were thrilled with the ease with which this pushchair was to manoeuvre and how light it felt. The cushioned seat, the large extendable hood and padded seat awed them. It was a nice addition that the car was equipped with a cup holder and rain cover.

The City Mini is a full-size stroller that doesn't stand out in any way other than the fact that it's very lightweight and compact when folded. It also scores highly in all our categories. However it doesn't rank as highly as some of its rivals because of a poorly-placed peek-aboo and storage that's a bit obstructed.

This is a great stroller for families that require something to get them through their daily and occasional adventures. It has a pretty wide footrest and is well padded, which means that little ones will be comfortable. The seat reclines quite flat however it took us two hands to achieve. The adjustable calf support is an attractive feature that will allow your child's feet to flex when they're tired.

As with many of the strollers we have reviewed like the City Mini, the City Mini has a huge canopy that is UV50 and that parents rave about. The sun shade is beautifully constructed and can be pulled all the way down, which is great as it will keep your little one safe from sun without having to constantly put it back in the right spot.

The City Mini can be easily transformed into a double-stroller simply by attaching an add on kit. You can choose any Baby Jogger car-seat and create a travel system prams system from the beginning. The only downside is the fact that adding a second car seat to the stroller alters its appearance and feel. Some parents may be unable to manage this once they become accustomed to it.

The City Mini GT Double Stroller is another option to the City Mini. It is a bit more expensive than the single City Mini but it does have additional features, such as "forever air" rubber suspension and tyres that make it suitable for off-road excursions. It has a movable handlebar and a parking brake that can be operated with a hand and a more streamlined design than the regular City Mini.
