How to Replace an audi a1 car key G28 Engine Speed Sensor

The sensor is used to link with the G40 Camshaft position Sensor. The ecu must be aware when the crankshaft is TDC and where the camshaft is located so that it can trigger spark and injectors accordingly.
If this sensor fails the ECU will show the P00160 error, which means the Crank Shaft and Intake Camshaft aren't in sync, possibly indicating chain stretch or a jumped link on the upper chain of timing. The code won't show without the additional information provided by other sensors (G4 or G40).
Testing is a bit tricky as there are two different connector pins and they perform different functions however the best way to test it is by measuring resistance between the sensor and the ECU. It should read approximately 1000 ohms when it is in full operation. Look for signs of coolant, or oil in the connector bay if you have issues with this component.
2. Injectors
Yesterday, when accelerating from highway paytoll at full speed I noticed a massive drop in power. It was as if the engine had run out of gas. Or, my injectors weren't firing. I took out the spark plugs this morning, three were drenched in gasoline and the fourth was unclean. I put a piece of tissue over each injector hole and when I start the engine without sparks, the ones with gazoline jump out. The 4th one stays shut. I tested the ground connection of ECU pins 14,30 and 48/55. I got 0ohm. Therefore, i think the issue is somewhere else.
I also tried to reset the PID with no success. The car key replacement audi can start if the G28 is unplugged and it runs perfectly when it is plugged in, but still has intermittent misfire issues at higher RPM. The coolant sensor (G62), even when unplugged, still shows a temperature of -49c.
