    I stayed at Hakone Suishoen in March

    I had stayed there before and was impressed by the quality of the hot springs

    I decided to visit again

    For dinner this time, I chose teppanyaki

    Built in the Taisho era and designated as a nationally registered tangible cultural property

    Ryotei Momiji has a quaint atmosphere

    The start of the teppanyaki is always exciting~~

    The chef carefully explains the dishes

    Fish dishes are an additional charge, but you can also choose abalone and spiny lobster

    I asked for abalone because it was an additional charge of 3,900 yen

    For meat, I chose filet

    This time, I brought my own drinks (alcohol)

    There is a corkage fee of 4,000 yen

    Taittinger Prelude

    They prepared a Baccarat glass

    The Prelude was particularly fragrant and delicious to drink

    For appetizers, we had wagyu beef tagliata, marinated scallops, and spring vegetable fritters

    The broad bean fritters were delicious

    Consommé soup Royale with new onions

    Rich in flavor ~ Double-layered with chawanmushi underneath

    Dinner proceeds while watching chef's dexterity

    The abalone looks delicious ~ Exciting

    Sauces and condiments for meat are introduced

    Oyster and green onion sauce, almond sauce, green pepper sauce, wasabi

    And five types of Ishigaki Island salt and pepper

    Specially selected Japanese black beef fillet The amount is about 100g

    I could taste the deliciousness of the aged meat

    The vegetables are mini Chinese cabbage, makomodai, snap peas, and purple onions

    I heard it is also delicious with almond sauce

    You can choose from three types of rice for the final course,

    but when it comes to teppanyaki, garlic rice is the best~

    It was delicious and I ate it all up

    You can have dessert at the teppanyaki place,

    but they recommend moving to the bar~~

    It was cold and had a great balance of sweetness and sourness

    I finished my very satisfying dinner in this nice atmosphere

    I think Suishoen is a wonderful hot spring inn

    I hope I can come again~~~
